U.S. Veteran Arnold Abbot is a Patriot!

nofeedForget the Crips, forget the Bloods. There’s a new gang taking over, and it’s comprised of some of the most hardcore criminals this nation has ever witnessed.

Based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL, members of the LTN gang have gone toe to toe with Johnny Law, actually forcing police officers to to arrest them, thereby putting the lives of those police officers in grave danger.

But here’s the most interesting thing about this gang. It’s run by a former U.S. soldier who’s been trained to take on some of the most vicious foreign enemies the world has ever known. Enemies that make Ft. Lauderdale law enforcement look like a bunch of girl scouts selling Thin Mints and Tagalongs in a church parking lot.

To some, he’s known as Double-A. But his real name is Arnold Abbot. And this past Sunday, the police finally caught up with him during a carefully planned police offensive.

Caught red-handed next to a white van armed with contraband, Abbot surrendered without incident. After wreaking havoc for 23 years, Abbot’s wrists were finally placed in handcuffs.

Drop that Plate!

So what makes Abbot and the LTN gang such a threat? At least compared to other, more notable gangs?

You won’t believe it when I tell you.

The LTN gang, which stands for “Love Thy Neighbor,” has the balls to show up near a city park every Sunday and hand out food to the homeless. And their tactics are over-the-top.

This is how reporter Jeff Weinberger described last Sunday’s incident …

What began in Fort Lauderdale nine months ago with the soft if ominous whir of a legislative steamroller starting up turned into a crush of law enforcement today as four local stalwarts of helping those in need were issued summonses by Fort Lauderdale Police for violating a newly enacted ordinance restricting public food sharing throughout the city.

At least four police cruisers and a half dozen uniformed cops were ready and waiting for Love Thy Neighbor – not exactly the Clanton Gang – when the group showed up at its spot adjacent to Stranahan Park as it does every Sunday at 1 p.m. in a white van armed with trays of hot food. The group’s 90-year-old founder, Arnold Abbot, previously had announced that the new ordinance would not deter him from sharing food as he’s done for the past 23 years.

“Drop that plate right now,” was the Fort Lauderdale Police officer’s directive to Abbott, as he was doling out food to the fourth person in a line of well over 100 homeless and hungry people queuing on the sidewalk on a cool, sunlit day. Abbott later half-joked that from the way the officer barked his order, he seemed to have mistaken the plate in his hand for a gun.

Abbot now risks a $500 fine and/or 60 days in jail – for feeding fellow Americans who are down on their luck.

Think about that for a moment.

In Ft. Lauderdale, if you hand a homeless man a sandwich, you could be thrown in jail.

Let that marinate.

Arnold Abbot is a 90-year-old WWII veteran. He was arrested because he didn’t comply with an ordinance that demands outdoor feeding sites be equipped with portable toilets.

You know, it’s funny, but the last time I read the First Amendment, it didn’t state that the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law interfering with the right to peaceably assemble – just so long as there’s a Porta Potty nearby.

Here’s some footage of this dangerous thug being taken down by the police …
